Here at ZIGZAG FACTORY we created robes, nightwear, pajamas, nightgowns using only the best fabric - 100% eucalyptus or TENCEL® - more precisely - satin weave Tencel®. TENCEL® IS A TOP-QUALITY, FUNCTIONAL FABRIC CREATED FROM 100% NATURAL MATERIAL – EUCALYPTUS WOOD PULP FIBRES.

FABRIC SURFACE

Eucalyptus is a very soft fabric, it surface is uniformly smooth - providing your sleapwear: robes, pajamas, nightgowns with a sensation of softness and preventing any irritation to skin. Comparing to other fabric, tencel more resembles the excellent quality of silk than those of cotton. Eucalyptus satin fabric is crated quality sleep and relaxation.

TENCEL® IS OF 100% NATURAL ORIGIN - IT IS CREATED FROM THE WOOD PULP OF EUCALYPTUS, WHICH PROVIDES FABRIC WITH EXCELLENT VENTILATION QUALITIES. IT IS A SOURCE OF HAPPINESS FOR MANY, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WITH SENSITIVE SKIN: THE FABRIC DOES NOT STICK TO THE SKIN, DOES NOT MAKE YOU SWEAT OR ELECTRIFY.

MOISTURE PORTECTION


Why is moisture protection important?
The principal conditions to a healthy and beautiful skin is moisture, protection, flexibility and cell regeneration process. The fabric of TENCEL® ensure s a dry and fresh sleeping environment. Robes, pajamas, nigthgowns, sleapwear, nigthtee, homes dress  made from the fabric shall prevent excessive loss of moisture due to its unique threads. The fabric has microscopic channels between fibres that regulate absorption and release of moisture, thus ensuring optimum moisture content even in the smallest of fibres.
TENCEL® fibres absorb excess moisture and ensure its quick evaporation.

Take a closer look, comparing to other synthetic fibres and cotton, TENCEL® fabric shall ensure regular absorption of moisture - the fabric boasts up to 25% better moisture absorption capabilities.

TENCEL® HYGIENE

The fantastic moisture absorption capabilities of TENCEL® fabric ensures robe, nightwear, pajama fast transportation of moisture thus not creating a bacteria friendly environment. The principal advantage of the fibres - as skin releases moisture, it gets into the fibre and is instantly absorbed, thus preventing formation of the bacteria on skin.


Skin tests have shown that by using tencel satin bed linen, the results are significantly higher then when using synthetic thread or cotton bed linen.

HOW TO USE ZIGZAG FACTORY PRODUCTS


Robes, Nightgowns, pajamas, kids robes, long robes made from TENCEL® fabric is both healthy, bright, as well as easy to wash and durable.

Please be aware of the following to ensure long service of the robes, nightgowns, pajamas designed by you.

The fabric is made in a satin weave which makes TENCEL®l even lighter and more durable even after multiple washings and thus the product is perfectly suited for everyday use.

  • Robe ,pajama, nighgows, robe sets, logn robes  may wash by hand or in washing machine.
  • It is recommended to wash it in cool water and using lighter detergents.
  • Robes, pajamas may be washed in a washing machine on a delicate mode at a temperature of 30–40 °C using suitable detergents. During the first washing a shrinkage of up to 3% is to be expected, but afterwards no further shrinkage shall take place and the product shall retain its shape.
  • TENCEL® satin naturally dries quickly thus it is not recommended to dry it in a dryer.
