Production takes 1-4 working days. We dispatch as soon as it's ready. The customer usually receives the order within 7 days from the order date, except during special offers or holiday periods where order fulfillment might be delayed. If you need the order by a specific date, always contact us, and we can expedite it!

If the product is only tried on, it can be returned within 14 working days. We will inspect it, and if everything is in order, you can exchange it for another product or get a refund.

We, at ZIGZAG FACTORY, create bedding, robes, nightgowns, and pajamas using 100% eucalyptus wood fiber fabric, also known as TENCEL®. It's known for its combination of softness and durability. Our manufacturing processes are optimized to maximize resource efficiency and minimize environmental impact. TENCEL® is softer and more economical than silk, with better moisture absorption than cotton. The fabric is breathable, soft, gentle, and has antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and antistatic properties. It provides a silk-like quality compared to cotton and ensures a good night's sleep and relaxation.

We use the European size scale, and the sizes correspond to what customers choose in the store. We recommend and have observed that products should be chosen according to your size. However, if you prefer a looser fit, choose a larger size for pajamas and nightgowns.

When fulfilling an order, we produce according to our standard size scale. If a customer has doubts about accuracy or specific body characteristics, we recommend sending us the order number and wishes after placing the order. If the length or design changes significantly, contact us before placing the order! All models can be customized for the customer.

ZIGZAG works with TENCEL® fabric, which sets us apart from similar textile companies. We use 100% natural material, and the fabric is dyed with water-based dyes. Dark colors fade when washed. To avoid this and continue providing the best quality, we use shades with the highest colorfastness!

Due to customer requests, we have added black products to the catalog, but these products are made of 78% polyamide and 22% elastane. This fabric does not have TENCEL® properties, but it doesn't wrinkle, doesn't fade, and is easy to transport, especially for travel!

The lace is synthetic, but we choose the softest, gentlest options. We don't have hard or "scratchy" lace!

You may have noticed the fabric has a special sheen – this is created by tightly twisted threads that ensure greater durability against frequent washing. However, the fabric is dyed with water-based dyes to retain its naturalness, and dark colors fade when washed. The fabric wrinkles slightly because it doesn't contain polyester or any other synthetics. To maintain its beauty, hand wash or use a delicate cycle up to 40°C! Use laundry detergents suitable for the fabric and wash method, without bleaching agents. Avoid heavy spinning. Ideally, dry on a hanger immediately after washing.Never dry in a tumble dryer!Iron while slightly damp or safely on high heat when dry. Do not iron lace or use an iron designed for it. Ironing on the right side will reveal the fabric's sheen.

Yes, ZIGZAG sews bedding as custom orders to ensure it fits your bed, duvet, and pillows perfectly, even if they are of three different sizes or non-standard. The fabric is 2.5 meters wide, ensuring your bedding has no joining seams on the surface!

We offer printing for an additional fee. The print is made from adhesive film and is available in various colors. Any ZIGZAG product can be printed, and you can coordinate your chosen design with us.
