At ZigZag Factory, we offer personalized printing options to make your items uniquely yours. Here's how it works:

Custom Printing:

• You can request custom printing on any part of the garment. Please specify the desired location for the print in the order notes.
• Typically, robes are printed on the back, and pajamas are printed on the front. However, we are happy to accommodate your specific requests.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return policy:

Return Period:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
